Is there a deposit to book? New clients pay a $50 deposit at the time of booking which goes directly toward your service total. It is non-refundable for no-call no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours.

How long does a full set take? Our experienced stylists complete full sets in 2 hours. New stylist Kaitlyn offers full sets in 3 hours at a reduced rate of $120.

Does it hurt? Not at all. Most clients fall asleep during their appointment!

What's the difference between Classic, Hybrid and Volume? Classic is one extension per lash — natural and defined. Hybrid is a mix of classic and volume for more texture. Volume uses multiple lightweight extensions for a fuller, more dramatic look. Not sure which to choose? Book a Classic and we'll customize during your consultation.

How long do lash extensions last? Most clients come in for a fill every 2-3 weeks as extensions shed naturally with your lash cycle.

Do extensions damage my natural lashes? When applied correctly by a trained professional, no. We've been doing this since 2010 and lash health is always our priority.

What should I do to prepare? Come with clean makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner or eye cream.

Do you have a loyalty program? Yes! Earn 1 point per dollar spent. 1,000 points = $10 off. Points never expire. We also offer a $10 referral discount and a birthday discount.
